2. Homes are selling fairly quickly, (most of our listings are under contract in less than a week) but it is less typical to see a bidding war between buyers. The playing field is a little more level than it has been the last few years.

3. Builders have not been raising their prices, and construction crews are still hard at work. It is a good time to look into a new construction home.
